Candy company Mars Wrigley Canada has begun an advertising campaign for its M&M’s product line. The campaign consists of out-of-home advertising at Yonge-Dundas Square in Toronto. The 20-foot-tall execution depicts the candies pouring into a bowl. The bowl can also be used by pedestrians as a bench. Additional out-of-home video ads are running in Calgary, Vancouver and Montreal. The campaign will run until March 31, supported with social media content. It was developed by Essence Mediacom, Middle Child and HiroXR.
“M&M’s purpose is to champion the power of fun to create a world where everyone feels they belong,” said Patrick Zeng, marketing director at Mars Wrigley Canada. “Through this immersive out-of-home installation and cutting edge CGI animations, our mission is to bring people together through their shared love of M&M’s, providing an experience that is ‘For All Funkind.’”
