Harbinger promotes three

Harbinger of Toronto has appointed Sofia Costa to the position of managing director. She also remains a senior vice-president of the firm. Natasha Townsend has been promoted to vice-president of client service. She joined the agency six years ago as senior client service manager. Harbinger CEO Jeff Weiss has been appointed to the additional position of managing partner.
