Mels adds two

Montreal-based Mels Studios and Postproduction, a subsidiary of TVA Group, has appointed Jean-Philippe Normandeau to the position of vice-president of studios and international development. He will will also remain chief operating officer of Incendo another TVA Group subsidiary specializing in international television programming development. Prior to joining Incendo, Normandeau was general manager of financing and tax credits at the Société de développement des entreprises culturelles du Québec.
Mels has also appointed Marie-Claude Desjardins to the position of senior director of business development. She previously held the same position at Quebecor Media Expertise.
