Mary Brown's Chicken begins contest

Fast food chain Mary Brown’s Chicken has begun a promotion in collaboration with Searchlight Pictures tied to the upcoming release of the soccer-themed film Next Goal Wins. The promotion includes limited-time menu items and a national contest, the winner of which will receive a $5,000 travel voucher from Air Canada. Other prizes include a private screening of the movie and branded merchandise. The contest will run until Jan. 1, 2024. Next Goal Wins will debut on Nov. 17.
“As we approach the holiday season, we want the Mary Brown’s menu to bring people together,” said Jeff Barlow, chief marketing officer of parent company MBI Brands. “The Team Feast was a perfect way to encourage togetherness between family, friends and community, over delicious fried chicken and exciting new sides. The Feast for One allows individuals to enjoy the same meal at a great price.”
