Clutch signs promo deal with NBA

Clutch has signed a multi-year sponsorship agreement with the National Basketball Association to become the league’s official online car retailer in Canada. Through the 2023-24 NBA season, Clutch will conduct a series of national contests and digital promotions. The agreement began with an event in Toronto during which a branded flatbed truck was outfitted as a moveable basketball court. Consumers were invited to shoot baskets for prizes such as gift cards and co-branded basketballs.

“We’re so excited to tip off this incredible collaboration with the NBA,” said Whitney Bell, vice-president of marketing at Clutch.  “We look forward to sharing our best-in-class online car buying and selling experience with basketball lovers in the years to come and are excited to engage fans through contesting and activations all season long.”
