Qtrade conducts Calgary campaign

Qtrade Direct Investing of Calgary has begun a new advertising campaign in that city focusing on the retirement plans of its customers. The out-of-home campaign encourages consumers to consider the various ways real estate can be used as part of a retirement investment portfolio. One execution consists of an ad for Qtrade installed on the side of a Calgary house. The creative invites consumers to “think beyond four walls.”

“Having a diversified portfolio of investments, which can include real estate, will help you have peace of mind when retirement comes and ensure your house can remain a home and not simply a financial asset,” said Christine Zalzal, senior vice-president of online brokerage and digital wealth at Qtrade parent company Aviso. “Retirement is personal, and the number you need to get there depends on what you want it to look like. Having your retirement nest egg spread across different types of assets and investments can help you get there.”
