Adidas breaks soccer campaign

Athletic apparel company Adidas Canada has begun a campaign highlighting women in sports. The campaign, timed to coincide with the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup, features soccer player Ashley Lawrence. The video executions depict Lawrence “unapologetically tell[ing] the story of her unwavering dedication to the game of soccer.”
“Since becoming an Adidas partner in 2017, I continue to witness the brand’s commitment to supporting and elevating women in sport,” said Lawrence. “I am proud to be part of that ongoing commitment, and am honoured that Adidas has given me the platform to spotlight both the challenges and victories of being a female athlete.”
