Public Label adds two

Public Label of Toronto has appointed Bruce DeFrees to the position of executive creative director. He was most recently executive creative director at E&J Gallo Winery. Emil Czarnowski has also joined the Public Label as a group creative director. He has previously worked at TracyLocke, Mirrorball, Magnetic and MKTG.
