WNBA, Tangerine debut basketball sculpture

The Women’s National Basketball Association and Tangerine Bank have commissioned a 12-foot-tall sculpture to promote the upcoming WNBA pre-season game that will take place in Toronto on May 13. The sculpture, called “Signed, Toronto,” depicts a 3D rendering of the league’s logo, a female basketball player. The sculpture will be moved to various locations in downtown Toronto from May 10 to 13. Basketball fans will be invited to sign their names on the sculpture. Those who do so will also be entered into a daily draw for tickets to the game. Tangerine is the primary sponsor of the game.
