TD breaks Mortgage Rollercoaster campaign

TD has begun a new campaign called “Mortgage Rollercoaster” promoting its range of mortgage products. The campaign focuses on changes in the housing market that may leave consumers feeling uncertain about the future. The creative uses the tagline, “Your mortgage shouldn’t feel like a wild ride.” The national campaign consists of three television commercials that will run until July 9. These will be accompanied by out-of-home and digital ads, as well as influencer activities. The campaign was developed by Ogilvy Canada in collaboration with TD’s in-house agency A361. Influencer activities are being handled by Diamond Marketing Group, while Unison is handling media work.
“Purchasing a home and getting a mortgage can be a big, life-changing decision, and recent rate and housing market volatility has left many customers feeling uneasy,” said Ashley Martin, vice-president of marketing at TD Real Estate Secured Lending. “At TD, we’re focused on helping customers take control of what may feel like an overwhelming experience and supporting them through a range of flexible mortgage options and personalized advice from our dedicated mortgage specialists.”
