Revera, an operator of senior living facilities, has begun a new advertising campaign called “Ready for More?” The campaign, developed by Art & Science of Toronto, will run until June. It consists of connected television, out-of-home and online video advertising, as well as social media content and a redesigned website. The initiative introduces new branding for Revera called “More Living.” According to the company, this branding is intended to depict retirement living as “not a decline, but a continuation of life, promise and happiness.” The creative features retirees recalling memories of younger years while still enjoying the same activities.
“Too often, the retirement category has been dominated by messaging and experiences of what people think seniors want without understanding that today’s seniors' tastes and desires aren’t rooted in their grandparent’s ideals,” said Spencer Saunders, president of Art & Science. “We [developed] a campaign that showed how life doesn’t have to slow down or end when you reach a certain age. It’s actually when some of the most precious memories are created, so you should be ready for more fun, more memories and, basically, more living.”
