By Adnews Staff
Canada's Marketing Hall of Legends has announced its new members for 2023. They are: Lisa Lisson, senior vice-president of hubs, ramps and global operations control at FedEx; Noel O'Dea, president of Target Marketing and Communications; Sandra Sanderson, senior vice-president of marketing at Empire Company Limited and Sobeys; as well as Chris Staples, Ian Grais and Tom Shepansky, all founding partners at Rethink Communications. In addition, Hyla Nayeri and Adrien Bettio, founders of 437 Swimwear, have been named the 2023 Marketers-on-the-Rise. Canada's Marketing Hall of Legends is an initiative of the Toronto chapter of the American Marketing Association.
“For nearly 20 years, the Marketing Hall of Legends has been evolving with the marketing sector,” said Jacob Kessler, vice-president of AMA Toronto. “Today, the award proudly reflects a mosaic of marketing talent from coast to coast, but remains a once-in-a-lifetime, one-of-a-kind achievement. Only a handful legends are named each year, making the honour a highly-coveted mark of distinction.”
