M&M's conducts Women's Day promotion

Mars Wrigley Canada has begun a promotion for its M&M's candy brand timed to coincide with International Women's Day. The promotion consists of limited edition special packaging for the candy featuring its three female spokescharacter, Purple, Brown and Green. The characters appear upside down to recognize “women who are flipping the status quo.” In addition, the company will donate one dollar from each purchase of these special packages to the Canadian Women's Foundation.

“M&M's is committed to creating a world where everyone feels they belong, and our ‘Flipping the Status Quo’ program is another way we're living up to that commitment,” said Barbara Cooper, marketing director at Mars Wrigley. “Additionally, our partnership with the Canadian Women's Foundation helps support an organization that enables women to define their own success.”
