Hershey sponsors BGC Canada

Hershey Canada has signed-on as a sponsor of charitable organization BGC Canada to raise awareness of its Pink Shirt Day initiative, which promotes “kindness, anti-bullying and togetherness.” The two organizations will host an event in Toronto on Feb. 22. Twenty other BGC Clubs nationally have also received funding from Hershey to help run Pink Shirt Day events locally. This is the third year Hershey has sponsored the initiative.
“We are thrilled to be partnering with BGC Canada for the third year of The Sweeter Together Project and Pink Shirt Day,” said Ola Machnowski, senior director of marketing at Hershey Canada. “BGC Canada's mission and mandate is so inspiring, and aligns with Hershey Canada's commitment to making a difference in communities across the country and globally.”
