Chatters hires 1Milk2Sugars

Hair salon chain Chatters has retained 1Milk2Sugars of Toronto has its agency of record for public relations and influencer relations. The agency won the account through a request-for-proposals process. According to the company, 1Milk2Sugars was selected based on its experience with the beauty and haircare sectors.
