Jameson conducts tree lot promotion
By Adnews Staff
Corby Spirit and Wine has begun a promotion in Toronto for its Jameson Irish Whiskey brand. The initiative, called the “Jameson Tree Lot,” will run from Dec. 1 to 4 at Stackt Market. It takes the form of a lot that will sell fir trees between four and five feet tall, including a carrying bag. The installation also includes a fire pit, Jameson-based cocktails and live Irish music. The proceeds from the lot will be donated to the Fort York Food Bank.
“Jameson is always looking for new ways to widen the circle, bring people together and spread good cheer,” said Maria Sweeney, director of whiskey at Corby. “The ‘Jameson Tree Lot’ is the perfect moment for Torontonians to come together, enjoy a Jameson cocktail around the fire, and get in the festive mood with some live Irish music as they pick out their tree right downtown, all for a good cause.”
