Blue Ant Media buys into three home shows

Blue Ant Media of Toronto has acquired a majority interest in three Toronto-based consumer home shows from the Building Industry and Land Development Association. The shows in question are the Home & Reno Show, The National Home Show and the Fall Home Show. Blue Ant Media and BILD will now jointly operate these three annual events and the Toronto Home Shows staff will join Blue Ant. According to Blue Ant, the acquisitions are part of its larger expansion into consumer shows. Blue Ant Media also operates the Spring and Fall Cottage Life Shows in Toronto, the Ottawa Cottage Life and Backyard Show, the Seasons Christmas Show, the Spring and Fall Baby Shows Toronto and the Fall Baby Show Vancouver.
