Michael Hill begins bridal campaign

Jewellery retailer Michael Hill has begun a campaign promoting its line of bridal products. Developed by CHEP Network Brisbane of Australia, it depicts the story of Michael and Christine Hill, their meeting in 1964, their wedding and the opening of the first Michael Hill store in New Zealand in 1979. The company operates 85 stores in Canada and 195 in New Zealand and Australia. According to the company, it also highlights the brand’s “history of creativity and craftsmanship.”

“Telling the story of Sir Michael and Lady Christine Hill’s love and creative partnership and how they brought their ambition to life is significant, because this story is the foundation of the Michael Hill brand,” said Michael Hill chief marketing officer Jo Feeney. “We are showcasing the care, craft and passion behind the jewellery we sell. That passion and expertise continues within our business today, from our design team to our artisans, who continue to evolve and elevate the jewellery we create.”
