
FleishmanHillard HighRoad launches Good Group

FleishmanHillard HighRoad of Toronto has introduced a new internal organization called “The Good Group” intended to provide networking opportunities for diversity, equity and inclusion communications professionals. The group an initiative of the agency’s True Mosaic diversity practice and is free to staff of its clients.
“For years, many companies and organizations have been tackling diversity, equity and inclusion challenges in the workplace,” said Jen Anthony, head of the True Mosaic practice in Canada. “But after the intensity of the past two years, it is clear the work is hard and fatigue is setting in. Even though there is no lack of passion for DE&I in Canada, we know that those responsible for implementing change are feeling isolated and overwhelmed, and it is only by working together that we can achieve real impact. With ‘The Good Group,’ we are creating a supportive community to keep building on our successes going forward.”
