Mednow breaks first campaign

Toronto-based online pharmacy has begun its first advertising campaign, consisting of television, billboard, transit and digital executions. The creative uses the tagline, “Let the pharmacy run to you,” and focuses on the benefits of the company’s mobile application, unlimited access to pharmacists and free delivery. The campaign was developed in-house with the participation of Know Your Onions Productions.

“Our research revealed the concept of digital pharmacy is still new for Canadians,” said Leo Tamburri, creative director at Mednow. “While we’ve moved online for many things, we’re still accustomed to lining up at the grocery store or brick-and-mortar pharmacy. The rushed pharmacist interactions in a traditional pharmacy have sadly been accepted as normal. Our goal with this campaign is to show that there’s a better way: A pharmacy that runs to you with unhurried, caring pharmacists, a higher level of care, and fast, free prescription delivery, all powered by easy to use technology.”
