Valvoline renews Blue Jays sponsorship

Mississauga-based automotive products company Valvoline Canada has renewed its sponsorship of the Toronto Blue Jays baseball team. The multi-year agreement will provide the brand with national marketing rights, including a brand display behind home plate during all regular season home games and LED signage in-stadium during some home games. Valvoline will support the sponsorship with an out of home advertising campaign, digital materials, social media content and print ads in the Blue Jays game program and yearbook. Valvoline first sponsored the team in 2021.
“Our first year was fantastic for this high visibility partnership between Valvoline and the Toronto Blue Jays,” said David Watts, head of retail sales Valvoline Canada. “But 2022 is looking even better as we elevate our partnership to include new marketing assets and high impact trade promotions that will continue to drive momentum for Valvoline throughout our new multi-year agreement.”
