St. Joseph Communications buys Assembly Digital

St. Joseph Communications of Toronto has entered into an agreement to acquire Assembly Digital of Victoria, a company specializing in media technology. The company’s service uses machine learning to optimize advertising placement and perform audience analysis. It was previously a subsidiary of Redbrick. St. Joseph owns media properties including Chatelaine, Toronto Life and Maclean's, among others.
