Blue Ant Media buys Vancouver baby show

Blue Ant Media has acquired consumer show The Vancouver Baby & Family Fair. Beginning with the fall 2022 event, it will be rebranded as The Baby Show Vancouver. It is aimed at pregnant consumers and parents of infants. The acquision represents an expansion of the company’s operation in western Canada. Blue Ant Media also operates events including the Cottage Life Shows in Toronto, the Ottawa Cottage Life and Backyard Show, the Seasons Christmas Show and The Baby Show Toronto.
“The acquisition of The Baby Show Vancouver is the latest example of Blue Ant’s commitment to grow our live events business nationally,” said Jamie Schouela, president of global channels and media at Blue Ant Media. “While we found creative ways to come together virtually during the pandemic, we’re pleased to be getting back to in-person shows, and have already seen the pent-up demand from both exhibitors and attendees to connect.”
