Parmenter joins Global Public Affairs

Toronto-based communications and government relations agency Global Public Affairs has hired Neil Parmenter as a senior counsel. He was most recently as president and CEO of the Canadian Bankers Association. Prior to that, he spent 15 years at TD Bank Group, most recently as senior vice-president and chief communications officer for corporate and public affairs.
