Quaker begins Quakerborough promotion
PepsiCo has begun a promotion for its Quaker product line, tied to the 120th anniversary of the brand in Canada. According to the company, Quaker products have been produced at a facility in Peterborough, ON since 1902. The promotion, conducted in collaboration with clothing brand Province of Canada, consists of a line of apparel called the Quakerborough Collection, “inspired by the durability, grit and confidence of the hard-working employees at the Quaker Peterborough plant.” The limited edition of collection of cold weather clothing and accessories are being sold online at <http://www.quakerborough.ca>. Proceeds from the sale of these products will be donated to Food Banks Canada.
