Oreo breaks Never Stop Wishing campaign

Mondelez International has begun a Canadian promotion to coincide with the 110th anniversary of the Oreo cookie. Called "Never Stop Wishing," the effort includes a limited-edition birthday version of the cookie, as well as a digital advertising and a contest. The Oreo Chocolate Confetti Cake Cookie will be sold nationally for a limited time. The ad campaign seeks to illustrate "what a lifetime of playful possibilities looks like," according to the company.
The contest will take place from Feb. 21 to April 8 at <http://www.oreo110.ca>. Consumers can enter by visiting the site or scanning the code on specially-marked packages of Oreos. Winners will receive a variety of prizes, including a lifetime supply of Oreo cookies.
"For over a century, Oreo has brought fun, playful experiences to fans in Canada," said Peter Verlinden, senior brand manager at Oreo Canada. "This celebration is inspired by the magical birthday moment that spans generations and cultures. We are excited to celebrate 110 years with milk's favourite cookie by encouraging fans to embrace this birthday magic no matter their age."
