Charming Taste of Europe readies event

A group of European wine makers will continue an ongoing promotion called “The Charming Taste of Europe” in Toronto on Nov. 15. The promotion, called “Discovering of Abruzzo Wines,” will take the form of a guided seminar and walkaround wine tasting event at Casa Loma. Consumers will be able to sample six Montepulciano d'Abruzzo wines and learn more about wines from the region. The organizing group includes the Consortium for the Protection of Wines of Abruzzo, the Union of Agricultural Cooperatives of Kavala, the Agricultural Cooperative of Rachi Pieria and the Union of Sweet Bordeaux Wines.
