SAQ debuts podcast
Montreal-based alcohol retailer the Société des alcools du Québec has launched a podcast called “Sous le bouchon.” This is the first time the retailer has produced a podcast. The French-launguage show will focus on the beverage alcohol trade in Quebec through conversations with various industry experts. The first episode examines the effects of global warming on wine grape growing. The podcast is being produced in collaboration with Magnéto.
“With Sous le bouchon, we are opening the doors to the SAQ like never before,” said Marie-Hélène Lagacé, vice-president of public affairs, communications and social responsibility at the company. “At times serious, at times humorous but always relevant, our podcast gives listeners access to experienced professionals with an expertise unmatched in Quebec. We'll be candidly sharing not only news, analyses and opinions but also stories about an industry that Quebecers are passionate about.”
