Elevent launches sponsorship management service

Elevent of Montreal has launched a new service intended to allow clients to manage the lifecycle of a corporate sponsorship. According to the company, the service uses data to clarify decisions at various stages of a sponsorship to ensure the expediture delivers better returns. The company also states that this is the first service of its kind. It is aimed primarily at companies engaging in sports, music or entertainment sponsorships.

“Sponsorships hold a very special place in the marketing hierarchy,” said Francis Dumais, managing partner of Elevent. “It’s sexy to have your brand on a stadium screen or sports jersey, but it’s also expensive and hard to measure, and that makes it risky. Our job at Elevent is to de-risk these high-dollar decisions using reliable, real-world data. Marketers are used to getting real-time feedback. Now, thanks to Elevent, so can sponsorship teams.”
