Bijoux Birks conducts wedding campaign

Bijoux Birks, a division of Montreal-based jeweller Birks Group, has begun a national campaign in support of its collection of wedding jewellery. Called “The Moment You Know,” the campaign includes print, out-of-home and digital advertising, as well as in-store materials and a temporary installation in Toronto that takes the form of a wedding chapel. The creative depicts a couple experiencing the moment when they realize they should be together. The wedding chapel will conduct 15-minute legal marriage ceremonies for a series of online contest winners on Oct. 12 and 13. The wedding will be followed by a 45-minute reception including food for up to 20 guests and a photographer. The campaign was developed by Junction59 of Toronto.
“After a difficult last year and a half, we want to celebrate love,” said Katie Reusch, marketing director at Bijoux Birks. “With this campaign, we are highlighting the beauty of the moment you know you have found the one.”
