7-Eleven extends TSN sponsorship
Convenience store chain 7-Eleven Canada has extended its promotional agreement with sports media property TSN. The new agreement includes a sponsorship of TSN’s BarDown video game-related content. 7-Eleven will feature in a weekly segment during TSN’s That’s Hockey program during which a BarDown personality will discuss video games with a TSN Hockey analyst. In addition, TSN’s Digital Sportscentre will include sponsored gaming content and a new sponsored website has been launched at <http://www.bardown.com/gaming>. 7-Eleven will also sponsor TSN’s YouTube videos related to video games.
“We are thrilled to continue our partnership with TSN and be the official sponsor of all BarDown gaming,” said Norman Hower, vice-president and general manager of 7-Eleven Canada. “Game days are an even more exciting time for Canadians this year, and this partnership will bring more great sports and video gaming content for our fans. For 7-Eleven 7Rewards members, we’re introducing the ‘Game Time, Anytime 24/7' contest to win a $2500 road trip of their choice weekly by scanning their in-store purchases with 7Rewards or getting 7-Eleven delivered with 7Now.”
