Morguard conducts environmental campaign

Mississauga-based real estate developer Morguard has begun a campaign called “Got Your Ears On” in collaboration with children’s cconservation organization Earth Rangers. The campaign, which is intended to raise awareness of environmental issues, will take place online and at Morguard’s 19 retail locations nationally until Sept. 6. The aim is to provide environmental knowledge to children between the ages of six and 12 and to encourage them to take action. The initiative also includes a contest component, the winner of which will receive a $1,000 shopping spree, as well as social media activities.

“Collaborating on this retail campaign demonstrates our commitment to sustainability by helping to empower young people and their families to take sustainable action,” said Andrea Tushingham, director of national retail marketing at Morguard. “By working with incredible organizations such as Earth Rangers, we can raise awareness and further educate our communities on the importance of protecting our environment.”
