Wishpond buys Brax.io

Vancouver-based marketing technology company Wishpond Technologies has entered into an agreement to acquire Brax.io, a New York-based provider of online advertising management software. The deal is values at approximately US$2 million. Brax’s products allow for the management of digital ads from multiple sources. Wishpond will use this capability to expand its own services.

This is our third acquisition and is in line with our strategy to grow organically and inorganically through tuck-in acquisitions of innovative and complementary technology companies.”
