Nutella begins Cottage Getaway contest

Ferrero Canada has begun a promotion for its Nutella brand called the “Cottage Getaway Contest.” Ten winners will receive cottage vacations anywhere in Canada. Consumers can enter by purchasing specially-marked jars of Nutella which include an identification number on the cap. The number can be entered online at <http://www.nutella.com> to determine whether or not they have won. Each trip is valued at up to $25,000, which includes cottage rental, travel and jars of Nutella. The contest will close at the end of September.
“As a proud Canadian-made product, we wanted to find something uniquely Canadian that embraces the beauty of our country while welcoming some much-needed time away from home,” said Joanne Farber, marketing director for Nutella at Ferrero Canada. “The cottage getaway is a classic Canadian experience and with so many people turning to cottages this year, they’ve been hard to come by, so we wanted to help some of our loyal fans.”
