Internova begins Book Human campaign
By Adnews Staff
Internova Travel Group has begun a new advertising campaign for its BookHuman.Travel online travel service. The campaign, developed by Toronto-based Broken Heart Love Affair in collaboration with Lifelong Crush, is called “Go Human. Book Human.” It promotes the idea of booking travel with expert people rather than using computer algorithms and artificial intelligence. The three-month campaign includes a long form online video and out-of-home advertising in New York and Los Angeles, as well as social media content, digital ads and public relations. Media work is being conducted by WaveMaker. New york-based Internova represents approximately 62,000 travel advisors internationally.
“The old way just became new again,” said Brent Rivard, chief marketing officer at Internova. “People today have access to a plethora of online booking algorithms to plan their vacations, but artificial intelligence won’t give you a unique, personalized experience, and it doesn’t particularly care if anything goes wrong. Bots are simply programmed to sell, not care. It’s time for humans to take back what’s rightfully theirs.”
