Videotron conducts Gigue campaign

Videotron of Montreal has begun a television campaign called “Gigue,” timed to coincide with the NHL playoffs. Developed by Colab Studio, the creative depicts Videotron customers dancing a jig to celebrate the extra gigabytes included in their data plans. The initiative also includes online, print, out-of-home and social media advertising. This is the agency’s first work for the client.
“The creative concept draws on the beauty of the French language and fondly references our traditions,” said Martin Bouchard, creative director at Colab. “It evokes Videotron’s close relationship with Quebecers. This campaign kicks off our new collaboration with Videotron on a solid footing.”
