CMA, AMA Toronto begin joint initiative
By Adnews Staff
The Canadian Marketing Association and the Toronto chapter of the American Marketing Association have begun a joint initiative intended to provide mentoring to young marketers. The organizations will cross-promote complementary programs designed to support the careers of entry- and mid-level marketing professionals. It will link AMA Toronto’s Career Accelerator program with the CMA’s Chartered Marketer designation program and its CMA NXT program.
“Our collaboration enhances our ability to support marketers at various stages of their careers, deepen their knowledge and strengthen their career paths,” said John Wiltshire, president and CEO of the CMA. “This aligns with the CMA’s strategy to work with a variety of organizations in Canada to embolden marketers to make a powerful impact on business.”
