Lay's begins Flavour Face Off promotion

Frito-Lay Canada has begun a promotion called “Flavour Face Off” in support of its Lay’s potato chip brand. During the national promotion, the company will sell the chip in three flavours taken from its Doritos, Ruffles and Smartfood brands. The new products will be Lay’s All Dressed, Lay’s Sweet Chili Heat and Lay’s White Cheddar. Consumers will be invited to debate which flavours are their favourites via social media. Frito-Lay Canada is a subsidiary of PepsiCo Foods Canada.
“Lay’s is always looking to excite Canadian snack lovers with a variety of flavour offerings,” said Lisa Allie, senior marketing director for Frito Lay core brands at PepsiCo Foods Canada. “We are interested to see what Canadians think and where their loyalties lie, the original brand or Lay's new take to the fan-favourite flavours.”
