Red Hat hires OneMethod

Open source software company Red Hat has retained Toronto-based OneMethod as its digital and design agency. The firm will handle creative development for Red Hat in North America. OneMethod won the account in a competitive pitch process. The assignment includes content development, video production, web development and campaign development. OneMethod is a subsidiary of Bensimon Byrne. Red Hat is a subsidiary of IBM.
“As Red Hat continues to scale, we wanted to find a creative agency to help us ensure consistency across our brand,” said Leigh Day, vice-president of marketing communications at Red Hat. “OneMethod demonstrated they not only understood the Red Hat brand but also our open culture, which is at the core of everything we do.”
