Onlia begins campaign with Torstar
By Adnews Staff
Insurance company Onlia has begun a content marketing campaign with Torstar of Toronto. The long-term promotional agreement is intended to raise awareness of the company’s home and auto insurance products, particularly among new consumers. The initiative will include custom content in news properties, sponsorship activities, email marketing and insurance widgets integrated into participating websites. Onlia will also be listed as a “preferred insurance partner” in a new resource guide on TheStar.com and other Torstar news sites.
“From adding our tools to sites like Wheels.ca and the community real estate pages to sponsoring some of the Star’s editorial initiatives and creating custom features, together we’ve come up with value-add content that is both engaging and informative to readers,” said Pieter Louter, CEO of Onlia. “We’ve been successful at connecting with young people insuring their first car, now we want to reach people who are getting their first home, adding a new car and optimizing their insurance plans.”
