Lamar debuts programmatic buying in Vancouver

Out-of-home media company Lamar Advertising has made its digital transit advertising inventory in the Vancouver area available for programmatic buying. This inventory consists of approximately 75 digital screens and kiosks on Vancouver train lines including the Canada Line, Skytrain Expo, Skytrain Millennium Line and West Coast Express. These displays are now available to media buyers on services including Broadsign, Hivestack and Vistar.
“Programmatic media buying allows brands of any size to more easily buy out-of-home and activate highly targeted campaigns that generate real business outcomes,” said Ian Dallimore, vice-president of digital growth at Lamar. “We are excited to join with our technology partners to provide advertisers the opportunity to engage target audiences via our robust digital network in Vancouver.”
