Bicom launches guaranteed results program

Montreal-based communications agency Bicom has debuted a new program aimed a small and medium-sized businesses. Through this program the agency will guarantee results for participating clients by committing to specific objectives, performance indicators and timelines. These criteria will be determined jointly by the agency and each client. According to the agency, the program minimizes client risk, protects investments and, depending on campaign results, can mean revisions to the final invoice.
