Rogers Sports & Media buys Rouge Media Group

Rogers Sports & Media has acquired Canadian out-of-home media company Rouge Media Group from its US parent company, Rouge Media. Rouge operates static and digital ad displays on university and college campuses, restaurants, bars and beauty salons. The US-based parent company will continue to operate independently.
“We are proud that our Canadian OOH networks, partnerships and Rouge Canada team are now part of Rogers Sports & Media,” said Martin Poitras, CEO of Rouge Media. “Our best in class assets and networks will be in good hands and a strong media compliment within the Rogers omni-channel portfolio.”
