National promotes two

National Public Relations has promoted two senior staff in the Atlantic region: Karen White and Kristan Hines. Hines has been promoted to senior vice-president of the corporate and public affairs practice in Atlantic Canada. White has been promoted to the position of vice-president of the crisis and issues management unit. White will also continue to head agency’s international Avenir Global crisis and issues management division.
