Canadian Tire of Toronto is preparing a promotion that consists of a drive-along Christmas trail. The presentation is intended to “immerse guests in the sights and sounds of Christmas while staying cozy and warm in the comfort of their own vehicles.” From Nov. 18 to Dec. 9, consumer can drive a 1.5 km route in North York, ON past Christmas-themed elements such as elves playing in snow, a giant advent calendar full of toys, lighting dispalys and other elements. At the end of the drive, consumers can stop for a photograph with Santa Claus. Registration and payment are required. The proceeds will support the company’s Jumpstart Charities.
“As Canada's Christmas store, we've helped Canadians bring their most cherished Christmas traditions to life for nearly 100 years,” said TJ Flood, president of Canadian Tire Retail. “Although Christmas will look a little different this year, it can still be magical, and Canadian Tire's Christmas Trail will be just that by safely immersing guests in all the joy and festive fun of Christmas.”
