Cossette adds one, promotes one

Cossette of Montreal has promoted Florence Girod to the newly-created position of head of culture and integrated product. She joined the firm in 2009 as director of creative planning and has since been vice-president of strategic planning as well as chief strategy officer and head of integrated product. Girod was also director of North American strategic planning at Nurun, as well as creative director at Paris-Venise. She has also worked at Landor Associates and Desgrippes Gobe.
Louis-Philippe Tremblay has joined the agency as executive creative director for Quebec. He was most recently chief creative officer at Publicis New York. Prior to that, he was a group creative director at Translation LLC and an executive creative director at Havas New York. Tremblay has also worked at Good Marketing, BBDO, Tribal DDB and JWT New York.
