Innis & Gunn begins Recommend Our Recommenders campaign

Scottish beer brand Innis & Gunn has begun a new Canadian marketing initiative called “Recommend Our Recommenders.” The campaign invites consumers in the Toronto and Vancouver areas to nominate themselves, friends or co-workers for their good qualities and helpfulness. Nominations can be made online at <http://www.www.innisandgunn.com/ca/recommend> until Sept. 25. Ten nominees will be selected to appear in an advertising campaign that will break later this year in the two cities. The promotion will also make use of outdoor photo booths in each city, at which consumers will be invited to participate. In another component of the promotion called “Random Acts of Pintness,” the brand will also distribute four-packs of Innis & Gunn lager to random consumers.
