Keown joins Standard Media Index

Standard Media Index of New York has appointed Jason Keown to the position of marketing vice-president in Canada. This is the company’s first full-time staff member in this country. Keown will oversee the company’s North American marketing activities. He was previously head of marketing at Grand & Toy. Prior to that, he was senior director of marketing at Shaw Communications, head of Canadian marketing at Burger King and director of marketing communications at Rogers Communications. Keown has also worked at Young & Rubicam, Cossette and DDB Canada.
