Toronto-based not-for-profit organization Accessible Media has redesigned its website at <http://www.ami.ca>. The new design is intended to provide a more personalized service for consumers who are blind or partially sighted. The site also make use of a more streamlined and high-contrast layout, a new logo and a range of customizable accessibility settings. The site’s content focuses on the organization’s audio, television and digital services.
“We wanted to make it easy to understand that AMI is a content company serving the blind and partially sighted community in Canada,” said Virginia Vuleta, director of digital strategy at AMI. “We have a great inventory of content. Whether it be video, audio, podcasts or blogs, it's there and it's easy to discover.”
