Hill&Knowlton Strategies launches virtual training program

Hill&Knowlton Strategies of Toronto has introduced a virtual training option to its Knowledge+ training service in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The online training program focuses on the principles on effective communications, including public relations, media relations, public speaking and stakeholder relations, among other subjects. The agency can also perform an analysis of a client’s communications staff in search of gaps in its capabilities.
“At H&K, we're helping clients adapt to this new way of working by embedding specialized virtual training into our extensive training offering,” said Mary Keating, national training lead at the agency. “We're preparing clients for the current realities of virtual interviews, presentations and meetings, ensuring they have the adapted skills needed for success.”
